Due to the difficulty of manufacturing to exact quantity requirements without sacrificing quality, a shipment of 5% over or under the quantity ordered will constitute a complete order.
There will be no charge if order change or cancellation is received before work on art has begun. If received after artwork is completed, but before production has begun, a minimum of $75 will be billed. An order cannot be canceled if it has been produced.
Patents and Copyrights
When orders are manufactured to customer specifications, purchaser agrees to assume any liability from actions, demands or lawsuits brought against purchaser or Oil Shop Supplies for patent or copyright infringement.
Consecutive Numbering, when offered, is available from 7/32" – 1 ½". Specify size and beginning number when placing order. Consecutive Numbering is available in black ink and printed on the material only.
4-Color Process Screen Printing
4-color process printing is best used when images are
photographic or design-intensive. For areas of the illustration that are solid colors, additional “spot” colors are recommended for better color accuracy.“Spot” colors and color matches, if necessary, will be priced separately. Oil Shop Supplies reserves the right to add “spot” colors to a quote after viewing actual artwork. If deemed necessary, a one-time separation charge of $150 may apply to large quantity 4-color process screen printed products. Production time quoted will begin after proof has been approved.
On clear materials such as static cling, we recommend adding white as a backing color. White will be priced as an additional “spot” color.
Please identify repeat orders with the previous order number or PO number. Orders are retained on file for 3 years. Any order older than 3 years will be treated as a new order.
Fluorescent colors tend to fade in sunlight and are not guaranteed.
Choice of stock will affect standard colors, especially metallic stock or colored vinyl. Overprinted Colors – Colors printed on top of other colors will change in appearance. Polystyrene-material may yellow over time.
A clear coat is recommended for metallic gold and metallic silver. Price as one additional color.
Color Match Charges
If matching a PANTONE® color, $56 per color. If matching a swatch or sample, $76 per color. Perfect color matches are not guaranteed.
Color Change: $50 Must be in multiples of 125.
Copy Change: $50 Must be in multiples of 125 – Not available with color change.
ART AND PROOF INFORMATION
All art is subject to review. If extensive designing or alterations to prepare for production are deemed necessary, you will be quoted an art charge before work begins.
If no exact sample is provided, your order will be proofed. Production time will not begin until the proof is approved. Please refer to dimensions shown on proof for accurate product size, as proof image may be distorted or reduced. Up to 2 proofs will be furnished per order at no charge. A $75 art charge will be added to your order for each additional proof request. Production time will not begin until the proof is approved.

Proofs That Do Not Become Orders

Add $15 for each additional destination. All destinations will be shipped at the same time.
All shipments are F.O.B. our plant in Missouri. We are not responsible for orders lost or damaged in transit.
An additional $17 charge per carton will be added to all C.O.D.
orders to cover handling.
All new customers will have a status of Pre-Paid (Cashier’s Check,
Credit Card or Money Order), until notified that their application has been approved for an open account.
Oil Shop Supplies accepts MasterCard®, VISA® & American Express®.
Quantities between the standard quantities shown on each price grid will be billed at the unit rate for the lower quantity. For example, orders for 1,250 units will be priced at the unit price for 1,000 units, and so on.
Oil Shop Supplies claims no liability for errors made on verbal or
handwritten orders. Signed faxed acknowledgments are required to
verify order accuracy.
Due to fluctuation in material and labor costs, all published prices are subject to change without notice.
Return Authorization Number
Prior to the return of any goods to Oil Shop Supplies for credit, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) must be issued by Oil Shop Supplies. Without this RMA#, returned goods will either be refused or accepted without customer credit. All returned orders have a Restocking Fee: 21%
